SpocDev started out building software for other people. Over time, the same problems kept coming up across projects — and solving them once, properly, turned into products. Here is the thinking behind that shift.

Services taught us what to build

Years of client work gave us a front-row seat to the tools teams actually struggle with: getting onto a colleague's machine to fix something, running reliable online meetings, and making sense of where their traffic is coming from. We solved versions of these problems again and again.

From one-off to reusable

At some point, rebuilding the same capability for each client stops making sense. Turning that hard-won knowledge into a product means every customer benefits from improvements made for the last one. That is how SpocDesk, SpocMeet and SpocIPData were born.

Our belief: the best products come from people who have lived the problem, not just studied it.

Services and products, together

We did not walk away from custom work — it is still central to what we do. But now our services and our products feed each other. Client projects reveal what to build next, and our products give clients a head start instead of starting from scratch.

What stays the same

Whether we are shipping a product update or delivering a bespoke build, the values do not change: a dedicated point of contact, full transparency, and work tied to real outcomes. That is what being product-led means to us — not less service, but more leverage for the people we serve.

What's next

We are investing heavily in our three products while continuing to take on custom projects. If there is a problem you keep solving the hard way, we would love to hear about it.
