As a provider of custom software and digital services, work is delivered against an agreed scope. Because each project is bespoke, completed development work is generally non-refundable once delivered and accepted.
If you cancel a project before work begins, any advance paid is refundable less administrative costs. Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on the work completed to date.
SpocDesk and SpocIPData subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.
